Troy man will spend 5-12 years in prison on meth charges
TOWANDA, PA. (WENY) -- A Troy, Pennsylvania man will serve at least 5 years in prison on two separate meth charges. According to the Bradford County District Attorney, William McClintic, 59, was sentenced to a minimum of five and a maximum of 12 years in a State Correctional Facility on two counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver Between 10 and 50 grams of Methamphetamine.

Muncy, Pa. — A driver was traveling 18 mph below the speed limit when state police troopers watched him throw a cigarette from the car. According to Trp. Dylan Houser, the vehicle being driven by Jorden Jene Walters just before 9 p.m. smelled of “raw” marijuana as he approached it.
