Snow Capped Cider Taproom & Wine Bar Grand Opening On July 4th, 2024

Snow Capped Cider, based in Cedaredge, Colorado, is reaching new heights in the state’s fruit-growing, wine-making and cider-crafting scene. Helmed by Owner and Head Cidermaker, Kari Williams, the cidery announced the grand opening of its Taproom & Wine Bar on July 4, 2024. The venue is set to have the most extensive collection of 100% Colorado-made cider and wine.

Says Kari Williams in a statement, “We’re thrilled to unveil our new taproom nestled in the heart of Cedaredge. Our unwavering commitment to showcasing Colorado’s finest cider and wine is our mission at Snow Capped Cider. Join us as we celebrate the amazing terroir of our beautiful state.”

Snow Capped Cider’s brand new Taproom & Wine Bar showcases their exclusive selections, including those recognized by the prestigious Good Food Awards, GLINTCAP, and CiderCraft. Williams has personally curated the finest craft ciders and wines from across Colorado.

In addition to its updated interior, the taproom provides a unique and modern twist on the conventional tasting room experience. Guests can indulge in the flavors of wood-fired pizza, charcuterie, sliders, paninis, and other small bites. The taproom will also host a rotating roster of guest chefs who bring their culinary expertise to the table, showcasing local produce and nearby farms. Expert winemakers will be on hand to discuss their wines, adding a touch of educational entertainment to the experience.

Tuesday – Thursday 2 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday – Saturday 12 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Sunday 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Closed on Mondays
