Mrs. Sloan Griffin Nelson, age 59 of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Monday, July 15, 2024. She was born on February 22, 1965 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Sloan will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024 at three o’clock in the afternoon in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Jonathan Blackmon and Mrs. Stacie Baines officiating. Mrs. Sloan will be cremated after the funeral service.

The family of Mrs. Sloan will receive family and friends on Friday, July 19, 2024 from one o’clock in the afternoon until the funeral hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.
