New Castle County Division of Police arrested 40-year-old Vincent Martin of Wilmington in connection with a series of burglaries at a local business. On Monday morning, officers were dispatched to a burglary at Little Caesar’s Pizza on the 1400 block of Latimer Circle near Wilmington.
