Oviedo MD will be this month’s Wellness Wednesday speaker June 26 at noon at the Extension Office located at 266 Nacogdoches Street in Center. Dr. Oviedo is trained in all areas of general surgery, including metabolic and bariatric surgery. As a bariatric surgeon, he can help patients find relief from metabolic diseases and disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, obstructive sleep apnea and gastroesophageal reflux disease. Plan to attend to meet Dr. Oviedo and learn about the many options available to help with diabetes and more. Wellness Wednesday is free and open to everyone. Lunch is provided.
