Center ISD accepting transfer applications

The Center ISD is accepting applications for substitute teachers for the 2024 -2025 school year.

Pay rates are $80 with a diploma/GED, $85 with a 4-year degree, and $95 for a certified teacher.

Benefits for substitute teaching include flexible schedules, increases your chances of being hired full time, and insurance eligibility.

Steps to substitute teaching are a complete background check, complete fingerprinting, complete StediSub Training Program, and attending orientation (scheduled for July 31st.

Center ISD is now accepting applications for transfer students in grades K-12 for the 20242025 school year. The deadline is Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. No transfer applications will be accepted after Wednesday, June 12.

A transfer application may be obtained from the district’s website at www. centerisd.org or calling 598-5642.
