Watertown's Home Oasis set to expand with all-new facility
{KXLG – Watertown, SD} Home Oasis, located at 1311 5th Ave SE, is set to expand by demolishing the current building and building a whole new facility. First requests a variance from the Watertown Board of Adjustment to reduce the required side yard setbacks from 20 feet to 15 feet. The variance is needed to accommodate a new, larger building for the appliance retail store and was ultimately unanimously approved by the board.
