Alabaster businessman possibly facing additional charges in theft case
SHELBY COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) - An Alabaster businessman charged with theft could face additional charges after prosecutors in the case say there may be more victims. A judge announced Nicolas Whitfield’s hearing has been moved to December because he could faces at least 12 more theft charges as more victims come forward.
