OAK GROVE, Minn. (FOX 9) - The Anoka County Sheriff's Office is looking into an incident over the weekend in which a mosquito control helicopter was hit by a golf ball. Deputies say the pilot of a Metropolitan Mosquito Control District helicopter reported the incident on Friday morning. ST PAUL, Minn. — A man is charged with fleeing police, driving while high and endangering a family after crashing a carjacked vehicle into a St. Paul home. Ramsey County prosecutors charged 37-year-old Lowell Kevin Higginsbay with four felony counts in connection with the July 26 incident, which started near Loring Park in Minneapolis.
