HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Two people were hospitalized Thursday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash along Highway 544, Horry County Fire Rescue said. It happened near Cox Ferry Road in the Conway area, HCFR said. Crews responded at 2:26 p.m. The South Carolina Department of Public Safety is investigating. Horry County police are assisting.
