ST. PAUL, Minn. — Prosecutors have charged a 27-year-old St. Paul woman in the death of 37-year-old Andrew Gutzman, who was shot and killed in a home in the Como neighborhood last week.Charging documents say police were alerted to Gutzman's death on July 5, when a woman who was covered in blood approached another person and said a man was dead inside a home on the 900 block of Hatch Avenue. Investigators determined that Gutzman had died some six to 12 hours before. St. Cloud, MN (KROC-AM News) - A statewide missing person alert has been issued for a Minnesota teenager who has been missing since late May. The alert issued by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says 17-year-old Shikita Katie Jones was reported as a runaway from the home of a relative in St. Cloud on May 25. Officials say she is believed to be with an unidentified adult male.

Plea Deal For Minnesota Child’s Shooting Death Appears in Doubt
Fairmont, MN (KROC-AM News) - It appears a plea deal stemming from a shooting that took the life of a two-year-old child in southern Minnesota last fall has fallen apart. 34-year-old Colton Mammenga of Welcome is charged with two counts of second-degree manslaughter, a felony child endangerment charge, and a gross misdemeanor charge of negligent storage of firearms. Several months ago, a court filing indicated he had reached a plea agreement with prosecutors in Martin County and was set to admit to the felony child endangerment charge in exchange for the dismissal of all the other charges.
