Funko Fusion Adds The Secret Recipe, KFC’s Colonel Sanders To The Growing Roster

As Funko Fusion gets closer to launch, Funko is slowly revealing additions to the title’s roster, and today it’s confirmed KFC’s Colonel Sanders is making the cut.

Today, 10:10 Games, in collaboration with KFC, Funko, and Universal Products & Experiences, have revealed that Colonel Sanders, the KFC mascot/founder will be a playable character in the upcoming Funko Fusion . With his addition, the Colonel can find himself in precarious situations he would normally be very distant from, namely locations inspired by Jurassic World , and other Funko licenses included in Fusion . An announcement trailer has been provided by 10:10 Games and it can be seen below.

Colonel Sanders will have the opportunity to change outfits as presented in the trailer, so he can fit in with the locations (or look further out of place of) Funko Fusion will bring him to. Colonel Sanders will have three skins available: the traditional white suit, the mecha variant, and a chef hat-wearing variant that can fire off a bucket- flavoured mini-gun.

How To Get Funko Fusion Colonel Sanders Variants

Unfortunately for players outside of the United States, the outfits for Mecha Colonel Sanders and Chef Colonel Sanders are redeemable exclusively for KFC Rewards members in the US via the KFC app, and will be made available beginning this Friday. All fans have to do is either log in or sign up for KFC Rewards , head to the rewards section and hit redeem. Fans can redeem Chef Sanders immediately, but you will need 250 KFC rewards points to redeem Mecha Sanders. After redemption, fans can find a unique code their email to plug into the Funko Fusion redemption website (also made available Friday) to get their outfits.
