You'll avoid baggage fees and have the freedom to explore without lugging around a heavy suitcase. Think about all of the times you've returned home with over half of your clothes unworn.

Not only is it budget-friendly, it's a great way to see the city like a local. Don't forget about water taxis and ferries for great views of a city from the water.
