Panchakattu recently opened in in the Laguna Village plaza on the southeast corner of Kyrene and Ray in West Chandler, behind Walgreens.

The sit-down eatery specializes in south Indian cuisine. The saag paneer and curry dishes, common to other types of Indian restaurants, are accompanied by many kinds of chicken, chicken kebab and goat dishes.

The space, located between Desert Coffee Co. and AZ Admire Nails and Spa, was home Sr. Ozzy’s Tacos y Mariscos for a short time. It was used by Thailicious previously.

    The address is 5865 W. Ray Road No. 6. The hours are 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sundays.

Call Panchakattu at 480-307-9779 or visit panchakattuusa.com.
