PLANNING THE NE XT 24 HOURS: Other than an isolated shower or storm later this afternoon, we'll be very dry for the next week. The rainfall today will certainly not be a washout, and a lot of our area may miss out on the rain altogether. High temperatures today will be in the upper 70s.

EXTENDED FORECA ST : Much of next week will feature sunny skies, dry weather, and mild temperatures in the 70s by day and 50s by night. Later next week, a little warmer and more humid weather is expected to move back into the area, with highs getting back into the 80s and muggy lows in the 60s. The return to warmer and more humid weather will bring slight chance of storms back to the area, too.
