PLANNING THE NE X T 2 4 HO URS: This afternoon will once again be breezy and sunny, but temperatures will rise into the lower 70s. Tonight will not be as chilly as Tuesday night, temperatures will stay near 50 degrees.

EXTENDED FORECA ST : Highs will likely stay in the lower 70s for the most part through the weekend. There's a small chance of showers late Thursday night into Friday. Other than that, we're expecting dry conditions for the rest of the 10-day forecast and the drier than normal pattern will likely stick around for most of the first half of October. Despite this, it's worth noting that Wisconsin has been experiencing one of its wettest January through August's on record .
