Man arrested after kicking teen in the groin

MADISON, Wis. -- Madison police arrested a man Wednesday afternoon after he kicked a teen in the groin.

Police said the incident occurred in the 400 block of State Street where a teenager was attempting to leave their apartment the suspect was sleeping in front of.

The man was arrested for physical abuse of a child and disorderly conduct.
