PLANNING THE NE X T 24 HO URS: Tonight temperatures will fall to the 60 degree mark with partly cloudy skies. More warm weather is expected Tuesday with 80s and plenty of sunshine in the forecast.

EXTENDED FORECA ST : Dry and abnormally warm conditions (highs in the upper 70s/lower to middle 80s) will continue through the rest of this week and most of next week. Even when temperatures dip for the beginning of next week, they'll still be above average.  Rain chances may return by the end of the day Saturday and last through the start of next week. If that's the case, this'll be the first chance for measurable rain since the start of the month.
