A section of N. Bassett Street to briefly close Friday

MADISON, Wis. -- Motorists should avoid this area of N. Bassett Street Friday due to the construction of a tower crane.

Crews will be working on the area of N. Bassett between W. Johnson and W. Dayton Street between 7am and 5pm.

During this time, vehicles travelling eastbound on W. Johnson Street will not be allowed to turn right onto Bassett Street. In addition, vehicles travelling southbound on N. Bassett Street, north of W. Johnson Street will need to turn left onto W Johnson Street.
