Woman arrested after allegedly stabbing a man while he was in bed

MARSHALL, Wis. -- A woman in Marshall was arrested after she allegedly stabbed a man while he was lying in bed on Sept 30.

Marshall Police were called to the 200 block of Arbor Vitae Drive where Jaime L. Mancha-Martinez, 48, was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide.

Marshall Police said this is still an active investigation and there is no threat to the public.

Mancha-Martinez is set to make her initial appearance on Friday at 1 p.m.
