Sold out: Tickets for Coldplay's Camp Randall concert very quickly claimed

MADISON, Wis. -- Coldplay fans have spoken: their 2025 appearance at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison appears to be a sellout.

As of 12:45 p.m. Friday, the queue for general admission tickets had disappeared, but a search for tickets using many different ticket number combinations and arrangements showed zero tickets available.

A quick check of popular resale websites shortly after by Channel3000 staff found concert tickets available, with the cheapest tickets beginning at $230, though that number fluctuated.

An earlier queue Friday morning for artist pre-sale tickets ended after just more than two hours of operation.

Coldplay's visit to Madison July 19, 2025 , was officially announced Tuesday, as part of the band's expanded "Music of the Spheres" world tour, which announced other dates for 2025. Coldplay will play a mix of venues, including NFL and college stadiums.

The concert at Camp Randall is the first since The Rolling Stones performed there in 1997.

On October 2, the British rock band premiered its new album, "Moon Music" at the Moon Saloon in Moon, Wisconsin .

Coldplay has been on its current tour since 2022. With more than 100 million albums sold worldwide, it's one of the highest-grossing bands active, according to Pollstar.
