Detours planned for major road closures in Madison on Oct 22 and 23

MADISON, Wis. -- Motorists who take this stretch of Highway 30 and Commercial Avenue should take an alternate route on Oct 22 and 23.

Commercial Avenue between Walsh Road and Redland Drive will be fully closed overnight on Tuesday, Oct 22.

Highway 30 between Stoughton Road and the Interstate will be closed overnight on Oct 23 to allow for a new bridge overpass support for Autumn Ridge Path. The support will be placed on this one night and the highway and streets will re-open at 5:00 a.m. on Oct 23.

Ziegler Road between Commercial Avenue will also be closed on Oct 22nd as well.

Detour signage will be in place, and Metro Transit Routes will be detoured.
