YMCA to be built on land donated by HRHS at 20th and Lorraine
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Greater Wichita YMCA and Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System (HRHS) announced Tuesday a partnership that will bring a new state-of-the-art Hutchinson YMCA facility to Reno County. The future 75,000-square-foot Y branch will be located on land donated by HRHS to the Y near the intersection of 20th Street and Lorraine; it will replace the Hutchinson Y’s current location at 716 E 13th Ave.

Parsons Police Arrest Two Registered Drug Offenders
The Parsons Police Department arrest two registered drug offenders for non-compliance. 44-year-old Neal Wayne Avery of Parsons was found to be non-compliant on July 9th after it was discovered the address he used to regiater was actually an open field. This, along with another violation, made Avery non-compliant and he was takne into custody on July 15th.
