SL Green Closes on $691M of Office, Retail Sales
SL Green Realty Corp. said it closed on the sale of three properties in Manhattan and Rockland County totaling $691.4 million, including 625 Madison Ave., 719 Seventh Ave. and the Palisades Premier Conference Center. The three sales generated net proceeds to SL Green of $222.7 million, which the REIT used for corporate debt repayment.

Arrest in Milton Road Burglary
An arrest has been made related to a Milton home burglary. Rye PD arrested 45 year old Mark Bucaj of White Plains, following a four month long investigation by detectives that began on March 5th, 2024. On that day in March, Rye PD responded to a single family residence on the north end of Milton Road in the early morning hours, on a report of a possible burglary.
