4 family friendly events fill Saturday calendar
The Peekskill Community Tennis Association, a newly formed local group, is hosting a free Community Tennis Day on Saturday July 20th from 10am – noon at the Depew Park tennis courts. Attendees from beginners to experts and everyone in between are invited to show up and join by bringing a racket, lots of water, and maybe even a chair to sit and relax when not on the court. Attendees will be able to practice tennis skills with a local tennis pro or take part in a friendly doubles round-robin. If you don’t know how to play, but have always been curious, show up and let the Peekskill Community Tennis Association teach about the ins and outs of the sport. If you don’t have a racket, no problem. The USTA has a few rackets that participants can borrow at the event. So even if you do not have one, you can join in the fun.

SL Green Closes on $691M of Office, Retail Sales
SL Green Realty Corp. said it closed on the sale of three properties in Manhattan and Rockland County totaling $691.4 million, including 625 Madison Ave., 719 Seventh Ave. and the Palisades Premier Conference Center.
