Former Chiefs Draft Pick Cut by AFC Threat After Preseason Finale
Former Kansas City Chiefs second-round pick Breeland Speaks will hope to land on another team’s 53-man roster after another successful stint in spring football. The Jacksonville Jaguars announced on Sunday that they’ve waived six players ahead of Tuesday’s 53-man roster deadline, including Speaks. The 28-year-old Speaks joined the Jaguars earlier this month after finishing his second year playing spring football with the Michigan Panthers.
KC Current crash at Washington
The Kansas City Current falls for only the second time this season. They slide to a 10-2-5 record and third place on the road. The Washington Spirit leaped over them in the standings with a 4-1 final score. The Spirit took a page from Kansas City’s normal game, scoring early and close together in the 9th and 14th minute. Washington limited good opportunities for Kansas City and were more clinical with their chances to earn the victory.
This NFL Star Wants to Help Dolton Lunch Lady Who Stole $1.5 MILLION Worth of Chicken Wings!
CHICAGO, IL — A former school worker from Illinois, convicted of stealing $1.5 million worth of food, primarily chicken wings, has received unexpected support from an NFL player. Kansas City Chiefs Defensive Tackle Chris Jones recently made headlines with his offer to pay for the stolen chicken wings in an attempt to secure the release of Vera Liddell from prison.
John Mozeliak should pay attention to Cardinals legend's latest managerial step
If there's any team that loves its legends, it's the St. Louis Cardinals and their fans. Jim Edmonds, an outfielder who played eight seasons with the Redbirds, is now a color commentator on their TV broadcast. Yadier Molina, a legendary catcher and (hopefully) future Hall of Famer, is a special advisor to John Mozeliak and is a player Cardinals fans have been wanting to manage their team since he hung up his spikes.
Chiefs: The Avengers of the NFL
In the movie called: “End Game” the character Tony Stark says, “We’re the Avengers, not the PREvengers, right?” Or… something like that. The point is, the Kansas City Chiefs are the Avengers of the NFL. Not only are the Chiefs the Avengers trying to three-peat, but I feel like they are the Avengers trying to make right all the ways the New England Patriots made wrong: the mis-guided tuck rule, the deflate gate incident, the video taping of opponents practices, and the questionable way in which Tom Brady “won” all his rings which supposedly makes him a GOAT. You can tell, I find that so bogus. Also, the Chiefs are the Avengers of all the ways the East coast biased media were behind those Patriot teams who now don’t seem to be able to wait until the Chiefs dominance is dead and gone.
Chiefs final roster projection should infuriate Kadarius Toney, but delight fans
The Kansas City Chiefs have a tough choice to make on their final 53-man roster: Should they bank on Kadarius Toney's upside, or finally give in to reality? Toney has done plenty to frustrate Chiefs fans, including but not limited to an offsides penalty that otherwise ruined one of the best plays of Travis Kelce's season, creating drama prior to the Super Bowl via his injury designation by the team, and finally making two preseason mistakes on the same play.

Grain Valley pitching trio hopes to lead Eagles to district title
The Grain Valley softball team has had a good amount of success in recent years. Last season, the Eagles went 23-7 last season, but fell 5-3 in the first round of the Class 5 District 6 Tournament against Fort Osage. The team has won at least 20 games for five consecutive seasons, but was unable to come away with a district championship.

The Cougars (1-0-2) took five shots with four on-goal during the match. MoState (1-1-1) took five times as many shots with 25 recorded and 14 on-goal, but could not break the scoreless deadlock.
Under new leadership, men’s soccer gears up for bounceback season
Despite a challenging 2023 season that ended with a 7-8-1 standing, the Washington University men’s soccer team is ready to seize the upcoming season in their fall 2024 campaign. Though the team enters the season unranked in the national top 25, they will look to a combination of new faces and an experienced squad to boost their conference and national standing.
Day One Highlights From The 2024 Lake Of The Ozarks Shootout
Before the first 15 runs were done during the first day of the 36th Lake of the Ozarks Shootout in Sunrise Beach, Mo., the two fastest catamaran and V-bottom speeds were laid down on the event’s three-quarter-mile course this morning. Of course, the nine-time-defending overall Top Gun champion American Ethanol team was one of those boats—the other was last year’s Top Gun V-bottom, Factory Billet, which upped its event record speed to 186 mph after a significant jump to 184 mph at the 2023 happening.
A Chiefs-Texans trade to tell Kadarius Toney ‘good riddance’ once and for all
It's most certainly not reinventing the wheel to say that the Kansas City Chiefs have endured their share of headaches and issues with wide receiver Kadarius Toney since acquiring him in a trade with the New York Giants for the former first-round pick. Costly drops, more costly penalties, mental mishaps and just generally not performing up to his talent level -- it's all been problematic for Toney.
‘Chiefs have done it again,’ claims Good Morning Football host after rookie ‘gets the attention of Patrick Mahomes’
GOOD Morning Football’s Peter Schrager raved about the Kansas City Chiefs rookie’s performance against the Chicago Bears on Thursday. The NFL Network analyst made the comments about a Chiefs‘ undrafted offensive player who also impressed Patrick Mahomes. Chiefs rookie tailback Carson Steele posted just four carries but rushed for 50 yards in the team’s 34-21 […]

The urban legends claimed this crystal mansion next to Table Rock Lake in Missouri was abandoned and it was left with just a baby grand piano inside. There are new photos and a video that prove the piano is still there, but it's definitely not abandoned. This exotic Missouri building...
