Ceairra Franklin awarded $1,000 scholarship by Hugh Green Scholarship Foundation
NATCHEZ, Miss. — Ceairra Franklin, a 2024 graduate of Natchez High School, is the 2024 recipient of a $1,000 scholarship awarded by the Hugh Green Scholarship Foundation.
