Carnival rides ready for Charleston Sternwheel Regatta 2024

CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) – It’s almost time for the annual Charleston Sternwheel Regatta, which means the TC Energy Sternwheel Regatta Carnival starts Wednesday at 1 p.m.!

The Ferris Wheel is already set up, the lights are ready to go, and there are plenty of thrills to be had. In addition, the Midway will be filled with vendors for food, shopping and much more!

“We love to support the community. We travel all over West Virginia and do this, so this is our 83rd year, I think. Look at this setting, how can you beat this? Best place to have a festival in West Virginia,” said Shane Turner with Gamble Amusement.
