Dixie Boys bow out of state tournament
The Halifax County Dixie Boys all-star team was eliminated from the state tournament over the weekend in Charlotte County, losing their first two games of the tournament. In the opening game of the tournament, Halifax fell to Amelia 12-0. They were then matched up with Madison Heights where they ended up losing 25-4 to end their stay in the tournament.
