Maine Police are Investigating a Shooting in Downtown Lewiston
Lewiston Police are investigating after a shooting downtown that sent one person to the hospital. It was approximately 1:00 Monday morning when Lewiston Police were called to the area of Pine and Jefferson Streets for a report of multiple gunshots. When the officers arrived at the scene, they spoke with several witnesses who told them they heard gunfire and saw a vehicle speeding off.
