New Light Rail Line Agreement & Tight NC Governor Race

Vince talks about what Charlotte wants the rail line, what went into the agreement and what hurdles still remain. Vince also talks about the North Carolina race for governor between Josh Stein and Mark Robinson and why some recent polling indicates that the race is trending more towards a toss up.
