Two hospitalized after major wreck on Wilkinson Blvd.

CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) – Two people are in the hospital following a major wreck in west Charlotte midday Monday.

Medic personnel responded to calls regarding the incident around 12:30 p.m. Monday near 8700 Wilkinson Blvd. in west Charlotte. Two victims were found, one suffering life-threatening injuries and the other serious injuries, Medic stated. Both were transported to be treated at an area medical center.

Queen City News was on scene and at least one vehicle could be seen with rear-side damage.

The circumstances surrounding the incident are unknown at this time, there is no mention of any charges, and Queen City News has reached out to CMPD for more details.
