    4 injured in 3 separate overnight shootings across Charlotte: Medic

    CHARLOTTE ( QUEEN CITY NEWS ) — Four people were injured in three separate overnight shootings across Charlotte, including one in Uptown, according to Medic.

    The first shooting happened late Thursday night, July 4, near 800 Norwood Drive. Medic reports one person was injured in the shooting and taken to Atrium CMC with life-threatening injuries.

    The second shooting happened after midnight, July 5, along Babbling Brook Way. Medic said two people were taken to the hospital, one with minor injuries, the other life-threatening.

    The third shooting occurred in the 700 block of W. Trade Street in the uptown Charlotte area. Medic reports one person was rushed to Atrium Main with life-threatening injuries.
