Snacket , a mobile catering service, announced this week on its Facebook page that it will soon be launching in Charlotte. The company aims to revolutionize event catering in the city, according to its website .

Founder and CEO Johanna Suarez , who also is the Joint CEO of Charlotte’s Reliable Restorations, on Friday did not immediately repsond to What Now Charlotte’s request for comment. Suarez is joined by Angel Martinez , Snacket’s Executive Chef and Operations Manager.
Snacket prides itself on combining locally sourced ingredients with the convenience and eco-friendliness of electric vehicles. Their fleet includes the NitroCafe , FreshBlend , and MixoBar e-vehicles, each offering unique menus and ambiance tailored for different event needs. These versatile electric vehicles are designed to seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor settings, catering to events ranging from private celebrations to large corporate gatherings and vibrant festivals.
