NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Three men accused in a fatal assault outside of a Nashville Topgolf appeared in a Davidson County Court on Tuesday. The trio, Roshan Subba-Lawati, Kishor Tamang-Bhaii, and Bishal Rai, had their charges bound over to the grand jury. Now, all three will face the possibility of being indicted for the fatal attack of a man in the parking of Topgolf on June 29.

According to recent figures released, Nashville has seen an alarming 486 guns stolen from vehicles this year alone, a troubling statistic that has prompted authorities to urge residents to secure their belongings. As reported by the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, of the 683 firearms reported stolen in Davidson County so far in 2024, a whopping 71% were lifted from automobiles.

Montgomery Co. Commissioners approve property tax increase, budget cuts in new fiscal year
