Broadalbin man charged with arson in fires
Leon G. Nadeau, 39, allegedly set the fires in the area of North Main Street and Railroad Avenue. All of the fires happened in a 48-hour period. The Broadalbin-Kenneyetto Fire Company and bystanders put out the fires. State Police said Nadeau allegedly caused damage to multiple buildings and St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
