Gigantic Snake Killed After it Allegedly Tried to Attack Workers
A work crew in upstate New York reportedly killed a snake in "self-defense" after it tried to attack them last week. Earlier this week we told you about a work crew from Albany Water that was attempting to fix a water main in upstate New York when a gigantic snake reportedly came out from the woods and slithered its way to the work site. At first, it was reported that when the crew saw the snake they called the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) to report it, and soon after a DEC crew responded to capture and remove the snake.
National Grid: Power restored to 75%+ of upstate customers that lost it
National Grid said early Wednesday evening they’ve restored power to around 76% of the 198,000 customers who lost it in Tuesday’s storms.
