    HopCat continues Expansion in Macomb County

    Grand Rapids-based Project BarFly , parent company to HopCat, Grand Rapids Brewing Company, and Stella’s Lounge, recently announced a new HopCat location at in the Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township . The story was first reported by MLive .

    Located at 17380 Hall Road , this will be HopCat’s third location in Metro Detroit, joining Royal Oak and Livonia. This is also the brand’s first Macomb County location. BarFly CEO Ned Lidvall announced in a press release: “It was easy to see the opportunity at The Mall at Partridge Creek — a vibrant and walkable destination. We’re confident about our decision to invest in this location as the home of our 10th Michigan HopCat restaurant.”

    The new 7,000-square-foot restaurant is anticipated to open in the summer of 2024. The restaurant will accommodate up to 250 guests. The establishment features a wrap-around bar, spacious booth seating, a four-season room, and a dog-friendly patio. There will also be a private event space with a 50-person capacity.
