MERRIMACK, N.H. — The state of New Hampshire has filed a motion to dismiss some complaints in a wrongful death lawsuit related to the death of a 5-year-old Merrimack boy. The lawsuit was filed by the father of Elijah Lewis, 5, against the boy's mother, Danielle Dauphinais; her boyfriend at the time, Joseph Stapf; the boyfriend's mother and the Division of Children, Youth and Families.
