CHATHAM, NJ -- Normally, the person selected to be the Grand Marshal of the Chatham Borough Fire Department Association's annual Fourth of July Parade is someone who has retired after years of service to the department or town.

It was finally Peter Glogolich's turn to be honored, but they couldn't wait any longer for him to retire. Now in his second run as the Chief of Chatham Borough Volunteer Fire Department, Glogolich is in his 46th year of volunteering in emergency services, the last 42 with the CBVFD.
