Jersey City man sentenced to 45 years in prison for 2018 fatal stabbing
A Jersey City man may spend the rest of his life in prison for stabbing a woman to death in her Jersey City home nearly six years ago. Ishmael Coleman, 48, was sentenced Tuesday by Hudson County Superior Court Judge John Young to 45 years in state prison for the Aug. 12, 2018 death of Takeela Wilson in her Forrest Street home, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez announced.
