CHEBOYGAN – The Cheboygan Major Boys (10-12) all-star baseball team put itself in a decent position to make the championship game.

However, the Cheboygan All Stars couldn’t regain the momentum they had after two wins to start to their District 13 tournament. As a result, Cheboygan’s bid for a district crown fell short as they were knocked out after a 12-5 loss to Harbor Springs in an elimination contest in Cheboygan on Wednesday.
