Man charged after sustaining gunshot wound in Roanoke
ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) - Roanoke Police say arrest warrants have been issued for a man wounded in a shooting Friday morning in the southwest part of the city. Police say probable cause was established for arrest warrants for Kweli Ransom, who sustained a gunshot wound in the incident.
