It’s erosion simple as that. You have your normal erosion that happens with the waves and tides but you also have to factor in the hurricanes that come through here every year. There are projects to replenish the sand but it just washes away again. It also don’t help that until recently folks were allowed to drive on the beach in certain areas.

It’s called sand erosion all beaches have it and the well known beaches buy sand to replenish the beach….. global warming, pshhh
