SPOKANE, Wash. – Deputies intervened in a violent assault, resulting in one suspect being booked for DUI and another for assault and obstruction. According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, on July 24 at about 10:35 p.m., deputies on patrol near North Division Street and West Lyons Avenue heard yelling.
