2 arrested in connection to drug trafficking in Colbert Co.
SHEFFIELD, Ala. (WAFF) - Two people were arrested in connection to trafficking drugs in Colbert County on Friday morning. According to the Colbert County Sheriff’s Office, a search warrant was issued at a home on 13th Avenue in Sheffield. Victory Cheer Academy introducing new Victory Gymnastics program in September
CULLMAN, Ala. – Victory Cheer Academy recently announced the launch of its new gymnastics program, Victory Gymnastics, with evaluations scheduled from Aug. 20-23, from 4-7 p.m. As spaces are limited, prospective participants are encouraged to book their slots early to ensure enrollment. Additionally, early registrants will receive a $30 discount on September tuition. Those who sign up by July 31 will be entered into a drawing for free tuition in September, while those who sign up by Aug. 19 will be entered to win a free leotard.
‘It means a lot to us’: 138 participate in 11th annual Nicholas Fillinger Memorial Run
CULLMAN, Ala. – The 11th annual Nicholas Fillinger Memorial Run was hosted at St. Bernard Saturday morning and the falling rain didn’t stop a crowd of family, friends and supporters from gathering to support the cause. 138 runners participated in this year’s event and in addition to providing a scholarship to a local student, the funds from this year’s run will also go to support The Link of Cullman County.
