Holly Springs has again topped a list of the safest cities in Georgia.

A recent study by Safe Home, based on FBI crime data, found that Holly Springs had the lowest violent crime rate in the state.

Per the analysis, Holly Springs had a reported violent crime rate of 16 per 100,000 people, followed by Braselton at 20 and Euharlee at 23.

Another Cherokee County city was also named among Georgia’s safest cities: Ball Ground was ranked as having the second lowest property crime rate in the state. Ball Ground’s reported rate of 104 property crimes per 100,000 people was second only to Maysville, which had 49.

Holly Springs has also ranked as Georgia’s No. 1 safest city in SafeWise ‘s annual report.
