TRUMANN, Ark. (KAIT) - Police arrested a Trumann woman after they said she abandoned three children in a home with no food or air conditioning. Poinsett County District Court Judge Ron Hunter found probable cause Monday, July 15, to charge 30-year-old Latisha Eveleen Davis with three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the first degree.
