General Hospital fans react to Rebecca Budig as the new Taylor Hayes on The Bold and the Beautiful

General Hospital fans had waited since 2017 for Rebecca Budig to return as Hayden Barnes. Virginia viewers held out hope that she would return to Port Charles but now this seems unlikely.

The Bold and the Beautiful as the new Taylor Hayes. Krista Allen departed the role because the soap only wanted to use her regularly.

Soaps She Knows says Budig is excited to have this new role, which will be her fourth soap. In addition to GH, she portrayed Michelle Bauer on Guiding Light and Greenlee Smythe on All My Children.

Michael Easton recently exited his General Hospital role as Hamilton Finn, so Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) will be without both parents unless Hayden is recast.
