Lawyers for Diddy say he didn't break federal laws while Homeland Security continues investigating

The Diddy saga continues

Virginians wait with the rest of the world for the conclusion of the raids on Sean Diddy Combs's LA and Florida homes. TMZ reported that Cassie Ventura was working with federal investigators for weeks, possibly even before the raids, and may have assisted investigators in establishing "probable cause to obtain search warrants."

Diddy's attorney Marc Agnifino gave the following statement.

“I think that the Southern District (of New York) is appropriately taking its time and considering many different factors,” he told the outlet. “But we are firmly convinced that he did not violate any federal laws, and we hope we can work with prosecutors in reaching that conclusion.”

Virginia residents disagree

Residents in the Commonwealth continue to be divided on what they believe is true. Some agree with K. Hancock of SWVA, who says he thinks it's all a hoax and just an attempt to destroy a rich celeb.

Others have the attitude of E. Nichols of Northern Virginia, who says it's just a matter of time before Diddy and all of his associates pay for their crimes. Some in the Commonwealth, like M. Lynn, believe Combs is guilty but has enough money to get out of anything.

On August 1, News Nation reports the following.

In an interview on “NewsNation Prime” in March, Dana Kennedy of the New York Post said her Homeland Security sources indicated the investigation into Combs is “the tip of the iceberg” and that “nothing is off the table.”

Since March, the one constant has been that legal experts have consistently said a case is being built against Sean Diddy Combs. Time will tell whether the charges will stick so hang in there Virginians there will eventually be a conclusion.
